Front End Cashier/Prep Person

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front End Cashier/Prep Person to join our team. This role mainly involves greeting customers, providing excellent customer service, answering phones, taking orders manually, working the register, and assisting with some food preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with a cash register, and a passion for delivering a positive customer experience while being able to multitask. We are a family owned business with an emphasis on a quality customer experience. Responsibilities Operate a cash register efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly. Take all orders in person or by phone. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with food selections Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area and tables. Monitor inventory levels of soda and paper products and communicate stock needs to management. Maintaining a welcoming environment through friendly communication and professional demeanor Skills Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for retail math calculations and transaction accuracy Demonstrated ability to work calmly, professionally and efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
