Position Overview:

Crew Members at Hip Hop Fish & Chicken are the heart of our restaurant. You'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience while keeping operations smooth, clean, and efficient. If you're team-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude Take and process orders accurately using cash and credit transactions Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards Bag food orders quickly and correctly Provide helpful menu recommendations and have strong knowledge of our offerings Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate clearly with your team to ensure great customer service Work collaboratively to ensure every shift runs smoothly Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food handling guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in fast food or customer service is a plus, but not required Must have reliable transportation Must have open availability , including weekends Must be available to work between the hours of 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM/11:00 PM Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask in a high-energy setting Friendly, positive, and customer-service driven Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed Willingness to learn and follow directions Why Work with Us?
