Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the checkout counter
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
• Promote and upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Must be a team player and work wherever you are needed to support the operation of this restaurant. This is not optional.

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus for serving diverse customer base
• Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously
