00 per hour incl. tips) We are looking for Service Team Members who want to help us grow the Burger Monger brand. Voted Best Burger in Tampa by Tampa Bay Magazine for 5 straight years, we are looking to grow! Have experience in the food service, restaurant or customer service industry, Have a stable work history and enjoy working in a team environment, Have worked in a quick serve, fast-casual or full-service restaurant with exposure to both FOH and BOH duties.

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Answer customer inquiries, providing information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring that special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
• Input orders into the POS system efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure the correct items are delivered to the customers at the appropriate time.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly and on time.
• Assist with closing duties, such as cleaning, restocking, and organizing.

Compensation:

$14

• 16 hour for FOH (includes tip share)

Experience:

relevant: 1 year restaurant kitchen or front of house experience (preferred)

Hours:

We are open every day of the week, have full and part time positions available, but we prefer

FLEXIBLE

schedules for maximum hours.

Education:

 High School Diploma/GED(preferred)
