Stocker / Cashier

Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Stocker / Cashier, where you'll be at the forefront of creating an exceptional shopping experience. This energetic role combines stocking shelves with providing friendly, efficient customer service at the checkout counter. You'll play a vital part in maintaining organized merchandise displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, and assisting customers with their purchases. Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are neatly organized and fully replenished to meet customer demand Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product locations or recommendations Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits to customers Maintain merchandising standards by arranging displays attractively and updating signage as needed Upsell related products or promotions to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including stockroom management and inventory control Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers politely and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and retail math calculations Professional communication standards Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while supporting smooth store operations.
