Duties - Cashier / Service Counter Team Member Greet customers with warmth and Aloha, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere If you enjoy people, good food, and good vibes—this is the place for you! Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Champion Marketing Initiatives & Promos Handle cash and card transactions with precision; maintain accurate sales records Assist in packing orders and ensuring timely service Help with basic food preparation while following food safety and handling standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service counter and front-of-house area Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries or concerns Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations in a fast-paced quick service environment Use basic math skills to perform retail calculations as needed Ability to perform open and close store procedures Dependability Qualifications A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role. Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred. Basic math skills are essential; familiarity with retail math is a plus. Experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation or handling, is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to help customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
