As an Ice Cream Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while creating and serving our delicious smashed and rolled ice cream. If you are energetic, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve our famous smashed and rolled ice cream, ensuring each order is made to perfection. Operate the touch-screen POS system to accurately record customer orders, process payments, and handle returns and special transactions. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, including serving, storage, and dining areas. Provide superior customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Address customer issues and complaints promptly and take appropriate steps to resolve them. Keep the management informed of any customer-related or POS system issues. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment. Occasionally serve customers at on-site events, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old. Possess reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to operate a touch-screen POS system. Capable of lifting a minimum of 10 lbs. Availability to work at least two shifts per week, including weekends and late nights. Stamina to serve customers during peak periods and handle long lines. Passion for providing legendary customer service and creating memorable experiences. Commitment to the well-being of your fellow team members, the community, and the environment. Attention to detail, willingness to maintain cleanliness, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

ICENY Ice Cream Store Hours:

1 pm - 10 pm daily. Please note that the estimate of hourly earnings is based on the 2022 base pay rate and the average hourly tips in 2021. Actual customer tips may vary.
