We're launching a curated smoothie experience to complement our AI-driven market—and we're looking for a talented barista to bring it to life. Position Overview As a Part-Time Smoothie Barista , you'll prep and serve fresh smoothies, wellness drinks, and açaí bowls while creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll work in a dynamic, tech-forward environment that blends food innovation with community health. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve smoothies, bowls, and wellness drinks using fresh, prepped ingredients Follow signature recipes and ensure product consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area Provide friendly, informative service and educate customers on ingredients and benefits Upsell superfood add-ins, house-made toppings, and seasonal specials Assist with daily opening/closing tasks, ingredient prep, and stock rotation Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a juice bar, café, or food service environment Knowledge of plant-based nutrition, superfoods, or dietary restrictions is a plus Must be ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain) Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Comfort with tech-enabled environments or POS systems preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 4-6 hours per shift Lift up to 30 lbs (ingredients, containers, etc.) Comfortable working around blenders, refrigeration, and fresh produce
