Job Description
Job Overview:
- Join our team as an Ice Cream Scooper and bring joy to our customers by serving delicious ice cream treats in a fun and friendly environment. Make $13+ per hour (with tips)
Responsibilities:
- Scoop and serve ice cream with a smile
- Assist customers in choosing flavors and toppings
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area and dining space
- Upsell products and promote special offers
- Prepare ice cream cones, sundaes, and other treats with precision
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience
Experience:
- Prior experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Sales or culinary background is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
