Cashier/Crew Member

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their visit or purchase experience Operate POS systems such as Square POS and Go Daddy POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness Upsell menu items or products to enhance sales opportunities while meeting customer needs Support food service operations by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean environment Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction Experience Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math, and basic calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively in a fast-paced setting Experience in the food industry, café environment, grocery store, or similar retail setting is beneficial Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier service while developing your skills in food service, cashiering, and customer engagement.
