Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process customer transactions swiftly and securely Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, assisting with product locations, and offering product demos when appropriate Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision and confidence, ensuring proper cash handling procedures Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Assist with inventory management through stocking, product rotation, and inventory counts Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail setting preferred Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Strong communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and clear verbal interactions Experience with merchandising, product demos, upselling, and grocery store operations is highly desirable Knowledge of basic math for quick calculations during transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask effectively in a busy retail environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service!
