What You'll Do Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service at the counter and over the phone Accept new and refill prescriptions and route them to the pharmacist accurately Verify and enter insurance information; troubleshoot basic insurance questions Process payments and operate the cash register at prescription pickup Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and pharmacy shelves Assist with inventory counts and order when supplies are needed Support the pharmacy team with other tasks as needed What We're Looking For At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience (pharmacy experience a plus) Comfort with basic medical and insurance terminology Friendly, patient, and professional manner — especially with elderly patients Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a busy environment Basic computer skills; pharmacy software experience is a bonus but not required Why Work at Lo Cost Pharmacy?
