Cashier

Join our team at Hapas Sushi & Poke. We're located in the Hukilau Market Place at the Polynesian Cultural Center. We're looking for enthusiastic, punctual individuals with a positive attitude to become part of our family. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time work, we've got you covered. Responsibilities of cashier but not limited to: Run the cash register collecting credit card and cash transactions Serve cold canned drinks Make sure area is stocked for service and prepped for the next day Provide excellent customer service with a friendly smile. Assist in cleaning, organization, wipe down of windows and counters Gain extensive knowledge of our menu to assist customers effectively. Help out with reasonable job duties when requested Be proactive and stay on your toes - Standing around is not acceptable Able to perform simple kitchen duties when needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience working a register/POS system is preferred but not required Able to work and communicate well with others, but also be able to work independently Follow directions and keep a positive attitude. Cleanliness is very important
