  • Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our liquor store team.
In this role, you will help create a friendly shopping experience for customers while keeping the store clean, stocked, and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and wants to grow in retail. Duties Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including cash and card transactions Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, and keep merchandise organized and appealing Assist customers with product questions and recommendations when needed Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance Answer phone calls professionally and assist with customer questions Promote store specials, featured products, and add-on purchases Help monitor inventory levels and notify management when products need to be reordered Follow store policies and procedures, including ID checks and age-restricted sales compliance Qualifications Previous retail, cashier, convenience store, grocery, or liquor store experience is preferred but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor with customers and coworkers Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/store products as needed Why Join Us We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to be part of a strong team.
