The Customer Service Associate is one the most important jobs; Assisting customers as they come in and educating them about and signing people up for our unlimited car wash plans. They are also the first opportunity the customer has to experience J's Legendary customer service! What You'll Do As a Cashier, you're the friendly face of our car wash! Each day, you will: Smile and greet customers Inform customers about our Exterior and Interview wash options, services, and unlimited wash memberships / current promotion in a friendly, non-pushy way Earn commission on every membership/promotion sale Follow safety rules to keep yourself and others safe We're in the business of clean—so it's important our locations reflect that. You'll work with your team to keep the site clean, organized, and looking its best Your Schedule This is a Full-Time position, 40 hours Sundays are guaranteed off! We are closed every Sunday What We're Looking For Someone who's upbeat, friendly, and has a passion for service Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays Comfort working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions with the support of company-provided weather gear Physical stamina to stand, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. during your shift Bonus points if you have retail or sales experience (but it's not required!)
