JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable cashiers to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for taking orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression Accurately and efficiently process customer orders using the point-of-sale (Toast) system Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods Provide correct change and issue receipts promptly Answer guest questions about menu items, pricing, and current promotions Address customer concerns or escalate to the manager when necessary Maintain a clean and organized checkout station; restock supplies as needed Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain transaction accuracy Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Support the team by assisting with additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor Customer First Attitude Warm, Welcoming Personality
