Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash register operations. Basic understanding of retail math for accurate transaction processing. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. Experience in supervising or training new cashiers is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
