Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or making selections to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Conduct product demos and educate customers on featured items or special promotions to encourage upselling Manage merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting and organized store environment Stock incoming merchandise, process consignments, and maintain accurate inventory records Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support supervising staff with daily operations and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures Skills Proven experience with retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are advantageous Knowledge of merchandising techniques, stocking procedures, and product demos to boost sales opportunities Ability to handle cash handling accurately while maintaining professionalism at all times Excellent phone etiquette for professional remote communication Previous experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is beneficial but not required Join us to make a positive impact on families' lives by providing a welcoming shopping environment!
