Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product inquiries or demos Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance the customer shopping experience Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management through stocking, product demos, and merchandising tasks Requirements Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs Knowledge of grocery store operations, retail sales, and merchandising practices is beneficial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
