The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, accurately handle transactions, and maintain a welcoming environment for shoppers. This role is essential in ensuring smooth store operations and enhancing the overall experience. Experience with POS systems and sales is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Operate POS systems to process customer purchases quickly and accurately Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity Assist customers Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and organizing displays with sauce desserts etc. Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Support inventory management through stocking and inventory checks Assist in maintaining a positive store environment through friendly communication and teamwork Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles Bilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse customer needs Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally Ability to upsell products to increase sales opportunities Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and transactions Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in fast food restaurant preferred
