Full Job Description Job Title:
Candy Cloud Crew Member Job Purpose:
As a Candy Cloud Crew Member, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at your assigned station. Reporting directly to the shift manager or lead, your primary responsibility is to make drinks quickly and efficiently, following Candy Cloud's high standards. You will contribute to creating a positive experience for guests through excellent service, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Operational Tasks:
Follow station assignments provided by the manager or lead during each shift. Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive customer service. Make drinks efficiently and according to Candy Cloud's standards. Maintain cleanliness of surfaces during shifts, especially in between rushes.
Task Management:
Complete tasks assigned by the manager, such as stocking, cleaning, or other station-specific duties. Stay focused on your station during peak periods and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Prepare products as needed to ensure that inventory is stocked and ready for service.
Equipment & Order Management:
Confidently operate equipment, including the sealing machine, to prepare products accurately. Handle curbside and pickup orders efficiently, ensuring they are processed and tracked correctly on the iPad system. Ensure all orders are properly completed and "bumped" from the system once handed off to customers.
Communication & Adaptability:
Communicate effectively with the team, including managers and fellow crew members, regarding any questions, needs, or misunderstandings. Stay adaptable and open to changes in procedures as the business grows and evolves.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with a focus on efficiency and quality. Confidence in handling equipment and completing tasks accurately. Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to ensure clarity in tasks and expectations. Adaptability and openness to learning as processes and procedures change.
Weekend Availability Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
