Job Description
Coliseum Corner is a permanent food stand on the Illinois State Fairgrounds. Candidates should have previous experience in a food service or retail environment. Previous direct customer service experience needed. Responsibilities Manage transactions with customers using POS system Collect payments Be friendly with customers and answer their questions about the menu Prepare soft drinks and lemon shake ups Prep and clean area as needed Other duties as assigned Skills Work experience as a retail/restaurant cashier Familiarity with POS system Strong communication skills Customer satisfaction-oriented Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
