SUMMARY:

As our Sales Associate you'll be responsible for being a resource to our loyal customers, providing them with industry knowledge while keeping the store looking its best. You'll improve the customer shopping experience by working together as a team with Big Red, providing each guest with superior customer service.

Requirements:

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members Communicating effectively, using positive language, to internal staff & external visitors Basic math & money counting skills (Addition & Subtraction) Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly Comply with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data

Physical Requirements:
