Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product demos when needed Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision and confidence Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restock supplies, and ensure merchandise is properly displayed Upsell products by recommending relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and inventory management to keep the store inviting Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising experience or leadership in retail environments is a plus Ability to conduct product demos confidently to educate customers about features and benefits Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to assist customers remotely or in-store Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash register balancing and sales tracking Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments preferred Basic math skills for quick calculations during transactions Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining excellent customer relations Effective merchandising, stocking, and inventory management skills Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
