As a Head Cashier at The Merc Co+op, you'll help lead the front-end team, support cashiers, and create a welcoming, efficient checkout experience for our community. This is more than a cashier role—it's a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide daily operations, support your team, and step in as the go-to leader when the Grocery Manager is not on shift. About the Role The Head Cashier works closely with the Grocery Manager to keep the front end running smoothly. You'll balance customer service, team support, and operational execution in a fast-paced retail environment while helping the department meet performance goals.
