As a front of house personel, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of food presentation and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately. Understand and communicate food ingredients to inform customers and ensure no allergies are missed. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including register, cafe and private event space. Assist in stocking inventory and ensuring that all supplies are adequately replenished. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service food industry or grocery store is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
