Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints Processing orders and returns Maintaining accurate customer records and order information Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Adhering to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shift work Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications Previous customer service experience preferred
