JOB SUMMARY

The Cage & Player Services Lead is responsible for assisting the Cage & Player Services Leadership Team in the successful operation of the Cage.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supervising the Cage operation and Player Services. Responsible for guest service, relations and disputes to assure that our guests have a favorable gaming experience. Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests. Facilitates, processes and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries. Delegates duties and assign responsibilities to staff. Assist in development of Team Members and participates in the coaching & retention process. Abide by and ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed to safeguard the gaming facilities assets and funds. Review Cage activities and promotions with Cage & Player Services Leadership Team. Fill-in as a Cashier and/or Main Banker when necessary (refer to the Cashier & Main Banker's Job Description). Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Management abilities demonstrated in managing the Cage profitability. Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel. Oral and written communication skills. Willingness to assume shift responsibility relative to the performance of the department. Black shoes required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

One to Three years of experience in a cashier/banking environment is preferred. Valid Racing License.
