Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cashier/Shift Supervisor to join our team. This role involves managing daily cashier operations, overseeing opening and closing, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and friendly customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, convenience store experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Supervise cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security during shifts Manage shift responsibilities including opening, closing, inventory checks, and staff coordination Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals while maintaining high standards of service Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and register balancing Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an engaging environment where your leadership and customer service skills will make a meaningful impact.
