Ice Cream Crew Member - Sweet Treat Factory About Us Sweet Treat Factory is a brand-new ice cream shop opening in Alexandria, LA. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members who enjoy working with people and creating a fun experience for customers. Responsibilities Scoop and serve ice cream, shakes, sundaes, and other frozen treats Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked Prepare toppings and ingredients as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Follow food safety and cleanliness standards Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable and punctual Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $11/hour Cash and credit card tips Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Fun team environment If you enjoy working with customers and want to be part of an exciting new ice cream shop, we'd love to hear from you!
