Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and securely Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling techniques Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves to attract customer attention Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring stock levels on the sales floor Use strong communication skills to engage with bilingual customers and ensure their shopping needs are met effectively Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone or in person Join us if you're passionate about retail, eager to develop your sales skills, and ready to deliver memorable shopping experiences!
