Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restock shopping bags, and ensure merchandise displays are tidy. Upsell products by suggesting complementary items or promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering store inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing product displays, and ensuring the store looks inviting. Assist with basic inventory tasks such as stock counts and product replenishment during slower periods. Promote a positive shopping experience through clear communication skills and attentive service. Engage in product demos or sampling to educate customers about new or featured items when applicable. Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers confidently.
