As a key part of the Service Department, you'll ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers by accurately processing payments, handling service paperwork, and assisting with loaner vehicles. Benefits Health, Medical and Dental Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Long term job security Responsibilities Accurately process customer payments for service and parts invoices (cash, check, and credit transactions). Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions. Assist customers with service-related paperwork, including loaner vehicle agreements and documentation. Provide friendly, professional customer support at the cashier desk. Answer service and payment-related questions or direct customers to appropriate staff. Perform light administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cashier/work area. Collaborate closely with the Service and Parts teams to support smooth daily operations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outgoing, positive personality with a professional appearance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, customer-facing environment Cash handling experience and familiarity with 10-key a plus Prior cashier or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a bonus) Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Previous dealership experience preferred Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
