Duties Verify beach badges or passes for all guests entering the designated beach area, ensuring compliance with access policies Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors warmly and answering questions about park rules and amenities Manage guest flow during busy periods, using conflict management skills to address any concerns or disputes professionally Monitor the beach area for safety hazards, enforce rules, and assist in emergency situations when needed Handle cash transactions accurately for badge sales or rentals, maintaining proper records and balancing cash drawers at shift end Assist with event management activities such as coordinating special programs or recreational activities for guests Engage with children and families in a friendly manner, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that promotes positive guest experiences Skills Strong background in customer service and guest relations, with excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking Experience in conflict management to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively Knowledge of events management to support organized activities and recreational programs on-site Previous lifeguard experience or certification is highly desirable for safety oversight responsibilities Ability to work well with children and families, creating a fun and safe environment for all ages Familiarity with food service or hospitality environments to assist in guest inquiries or minor food-related tasks if needed Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism This role is perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor recreation, hospitality, or community engagement.
