Head Server / Floor Manager (Housing Available)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Head Server / Floor Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and can lead by example on the floor. S/he will work closely with the Bar Manager and the GM.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations along with general serving responsibilities and ensure smooth service. Lead, train, and support servers and the support staff. Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns professionally. Coordinate seating, reservations, and table flow. Experienced in OpenTable is a plus. Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server with leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
