Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier/Stocker to join our retail team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing transactions efficiently, and maintaining well-stocked shelves. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, merchandising expertise, and gain valuable retail experience in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Operate POS systems accurately to process customer transactions and handle cash, credit, or debit payments with precision. Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos when applicable, and promote upselling opportunities to enhance sales. Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a clean and inviting shopping environment. Perform basic retail math for transactions, inventory counts, and sales reporting. Assist with store cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health standards. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for cashiering and retail calculations. Experience in grocery stores or retail sales environments is preferred. Bilingual communication skills are advantageous
