Responsibilities Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are organized, labeled correctly, and replenished regularly to maintain an attractive store presentation Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process customer transactions swiftly and securely Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and product information to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment with precision and professionalism Conduct product demos when appropriate to showcase features and benefits to customers Assist with merchandising efforts by arranging displays that highlight promotional items and new arrivals Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, adhering to store safety and hygiene standards Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers and team members Demonstrated ability in upselling products to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is advantageous Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities within the team Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, enjoy working in a lively environment, and want to be part of a supportive team dedicated to excellence!
