Our THB is truly Your THB. The Cashier at THB is an extremely critical position since this is the first team member guests talk to and sometimes see when they walk in the door. This role has the opportunity of making a large portion of each guest experience at THB exceptional. The cashier is responsible for greeting the guests sincerely while being quick, efficient and attentive. Lastly, the cashier handles all the sales transactions for their THB location so it is imperative that they enter the order in accurately, handle cash properly and according to the systems in place, while again, providing not only the best service to our guests but also, and most importantly, showing each guest the highest level of hospitality. We're a busy and growing family owned restaurant and we are willing to consider advancement opportunities for the right candidate. Process all customer payments Ring in and account for all purchased goods and services Provide receipts, refunds and proper change Process all coupons, discounts or sales promotion Suggest additional items to guests Resolve all customer complaints Deliver a friendly greeting or gratitude to all guests Keep a clean working area Box or package all goods according to company standards and procedures Provide each guest with a hospitable experience The duties of this position may change from time to time as we are always trying to better and improve our product and service.
