Role:
We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused person to join our team! This position involves helping customers at the front counter, processing orders, bagging and organizing clothes.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a smile Make them feel part of family Check in clothing items and tag orders accurately Handle payments and the register Learn and perform basic fabric pinning for alterations Communicate clearly with seamstress and production team Keep front area tidy and organized Inspect and bag garments after cleaning Laundry - wash & fold service
What We're Looking For:
Personable and great with people Strong customer service and communication skills Punctual, reliable, and motivated to learn Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
