Cashier Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product inquiries in both English and Spanish Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision Upsell products and suggest add-on items to enhance customer shopping experience Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase new or featured items Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with diverse customers Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally Supervising experience is a plus, especially in managing team members or training new staff Knowledge of grocery store operations including stocking, merchandising, and product demos Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Join our team and be part of a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm and bilingual skills can make a real difference!
