Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Golf Course Beverage Cart & Shank Shack Attendant, where you'll be the friendly face delivering refreshing beverages and snacks to golfers on the course. This energetic role combines customer service, food and beverage sales, and quick-paced food handling to create an enjoyable experience for players. You'll be responsible for operating beverage carts, managing sales transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at the Shank Shack. If you thrive in a lively environment and enjoy engaging with people outdoors, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a memorable golf outing. Responsibilities Serve a variety of beverages and snacks from the beverage cart and Shank Shack with enthusiasm and professionalism Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Prepare simple food items, including snacks or light meals, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness of carts, shack, and surrounding areas by regularly bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces Manage inventory levels of beverages and food items, restocking as needed during shifts Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with golfers, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly
