Job Description

Len Stoler Chevrolet is looking for a Part-Time cashier to assist our customers with picking up their vehicle, receiving payments and scheduling appointments. Our ideal candidate have a friendly/open personality, great communication skills, be able to multitask and have the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner. Computes customer bills; receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received. Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance, or repairs etc. to the service advisor or other appropriate individual. Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution. Answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel Assist service department as needed.
Qualifications:
