Job Description

Handle transactions, verify tickets, answer questions about sports betting, and maintain compliance with all gaming regulations and internal controls. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sporting events, betting lines, and house policies. Ensure the integrity of all transactions and report any suspicious activity or discrepancies immediately. Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to guests at all times.
Qualifications:
Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, and sit/stand for long periods of time. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Sportsbook and cash handling experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of computers. Excellent communication skills. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
