Grand Rapids Schedule:
Part Time, 20/ week 4 p.m.to 8 p.m. Every other weekend Job Summary Join our Nutrition Services team at Corewell Health and make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families by participating in all aspects of patient meal service. This includes answering phones in the call center, assembling patient trays, cleaning and sanitizing dishes and equipment, delivering and picking up meal trays, and managing stock. Communication and collaboration with other team members are essential to ensure continuity of service and help foster a positive work environment. No experience is required

Essential Functions Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions via cash, credit card, and badge systems, including team member dine-and-deduct Accurately manage cash handling procedures, including balancing and closing tills Assist with customer meal ordering at the Grille station (Food such as burgers and chicken sandwiches) Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards by utilizing proper PPE, cleaning surfaces, rotating utensils, and managing sanitizer solutions (Including but not limited to changing trash, wiping tables, and mopping the floor) Stock and replenish shelving with product in the retail area (Bakery items, sandwiches, all packaged products, etc.) Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, flat tops, and ovens safely and effectively Maintain organized, well-presented, and fully stocked shelves, salad bar, coolers and entrée stations Demonstrate flexibility by multitasking and cross-training across multiple service stations Exhibit a positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude, delivering service with compassion and empathy Qualifications Required CRT-Work Permit
