Crew Member/Cashier

Your responsibilities will include assisting with food handling, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and assisting with menu selections. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service/fast food restaurant is preferred. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
