Cashier Staff

We are a dessert shop that serves Mochi Donuts, Korean Rice Flour Hotdogs, and Bubble Tea Drinks. We change our donuts specialty flavors on a rotational schedule. Donuts are made and glazed on site and we are looking for a team of staff members that are friendly, dedicated, and creative. We're looking for an amazing team member for front-of-house customer service and back-of-house kitchen staff in a fast-food environment with a limited menu. No experience necessary.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner Taking and packaging customer's donut and hotdog orders and preparing drinks Accurately processing all cash and credit card payments Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter area Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations at the counter and to ensure timely order delivery Assisting with bussing tables and maintaining dining area cleanliness What we offer Paid training $11.75/hr base pay + $3-$5/hr average in tip. Minimum $13.75/hr total compensation including tips Employee discount Growth opportunity to Shift Leader position Qualifications Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions Experience in food service or quick service environments is a plus Basic math skills for accurate cash handling Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
