Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the pump and cashier station Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for fuel and retail transactions Manage cash handling with integrity, ensuring proper change and receipt issuance Conduct product demos and upselling to promote store merchandise and convenience items Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, store shelves, and restrooms Stock shelves, organize displays, and assist with merchandising to maximize sales potential Assist customers with questions about products, services, or store policies using clear communication skills Ensure adherence to safety protocols and phone etiquette when interacting with customers or handling inquiries Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service in a bilingual setting is a plus Basic math skills for cashiering, inventory management, and retail math calculations Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or cleaning Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail merchandising is beneficial Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
