Seasonal Retail Team Member - The Jerky Outlet | Mackinaw City, MI Seasonal Part-Time or Full-Time (Mid-May - Early November 2026)
Pay:
$15.00/hour + $1.00/hr seasonal completion bonus About The Jerky Outlet The Jerky Outlet is a fast-paced retail store offering premium jerky, snacks, beverages, and gifts to visitors from all over. We are looking for two friendly, dependable team members to join us for the 2026 season in Mackinaw City. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly customer service Ring up purchases using the POS system Restock merchandise and maintain displays Help keep the store clean, organized, and stocked Assist customers with product questions and recommendations Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Open and close the store as scheduled Work independently during scheduled shifts Support the team with day-to-day store operations Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must be comfortable working alone during scheduled shifts Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to lift 30+ lbs when stocking merchandise Weekend and holiday availability preferred Retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required Perks & Benefits $15.00/hour starting pay
Seasonal Completion Bonus:
