Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, change calculation, and receipt issuance. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling additional products to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, food prep stations, dining space, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards. Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed at all times. Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple responsibilities like food preparation, cashiering, and customer engagement to ensure smooth operations. Skills Proven experience in food preparation within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to upsell menu items confidently. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly. Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
