job here is the heart of our operation - Greeting incoming customers. Answering the phone for to-go orders, general questions, and/or directing it to the proper person. Taking orders from walk-in customers onto the POSI touch screen computer. Taking orders from a drive-thru system via speaker, collecting cash from cars, then handing out food to two windows. Keep track of many take-out orders from various areas and ensure accuracy. Ensure customer satisfaction and communicate with managers.. Cooperate and integrate duties between your station and cooks and servers. Learn the Menu to communicate honest, accurate orders to and from customers. Must be available weekends and holidays. Must have 2nd and 3rd shift availbilty. Normally a fast-paced operation and always with a friendly staff
